The Parents’ Association provides before and after school care, lunch services, and Wednesday afternoon care to its members.
The PA has entrusted the Marcq-en-Barœul Centre Social et Culturel with the organization and running of these services. You can learn more about the Centre here. The Centre Social also organizes childcare Wednesday afternoons and during the school vacations.
Along with the Centre Social et Culturel, our goal is that the care provided is an extension of the education and values of EELM.
Reservations for all of the below Care options must be made ahead of time via your online account for the Centre Social et Culturel.
Registration File for the 2023-2024 School Year
Garderie Before and After-School Care et après l’école
A daycare is offered at the school from 7:30am every morning. After-school care is offered until 6:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. A snack is provided in the afternoon.
The care team proposes different activities and free playtime adapted to the child’s rhythm.
Lunch
The PA offers a lunch-time service and activities/free playtime organized by the animation team.
You may sign your child(ren) up for a hot catered lunch. Catered lunches are provided through the city of Marcq. You can find the menus here.
You may also choose for them to bring a lunchbox. Members of staff can heat the lunchbox up if needed.
Wednesday Afternoon Care
The Centre Social also organizes Wednesday afternoon care with a limited number of spots from the end of class (option of hot lunch or lunchbox) until 5pm.
A daycare service is provided from 5pm until 6:30pm.
