Wednesdays are often a huge rush with our children coming home at noon completely famished. This is exactly why the Fundraising group organizes Easy Wednesdays! Order a meal in advance, pick it up at the same time as your child(ren), heat up, and enjoy! It’s also practical for our older P and S students who may be going home alone.
The second Easy Wednesday of the year took place this past February 21 – delicious Moroccan food from Les Délices du Maghreb in Roubaix. With options like tajines, veggie couscous, chicken pastillas, and mahjoubs, our palettes certainly took a culinary journey! A big thank you to the group volunteers for their hard work and dedication!
Thanks to your orders, the PA sold 160 meals for a profit of 480€. As a reminder, funds raised go towards school projects, outings, and trips. For example, this year the PA has pledged 2,000€ for new library books and 15,800€ (an average of 50€ per pupil traveling) towards this school year’s trips, which helps to lower the contribution asked of families.
