PA General Meeting

The Association will present a balance sheet for the past year as well as financial and work group activity reports. The new members of the Board of Directors for the 2024-2025 school year will be elected. A meeting invitation (with time and place) and a copy of the reports will be sent out.

Elections for this year’s Board as well as approval of the reports will take place in person at the meeting. Both parents have the right to vote. If unable to attend, you may mandate another PA member of your choice to vote in your place with the proxy form found on the summons.

Attention: A member present may vote for only one absent member.
