It has almost been a full school year since the Parents’ Association has provided Extracurricular Services (lunch, morning and after-school care, Wednesdays) with the Marcq Centre Social et Cultural. We would like to thank the 125 families who responded to the survey. We will use your responses to try our best to improve what we can.
Here is a summary of the results:
89% of families surveyed said they were satisfied or very satisfied overall with the after-school service offered since the start of the September 2023 school year at EELM for M and P children.
The strengths of the service are:
- Arrangements for welcoming the child in line with your needs (days, times, etc.)
- The link and communication with the extracurricular team on site and outside school
- The terms of reservations and invoicing of the after-school service
The main expectations in terms of service improvement concern:
- Meal quality
- Deadlines and booking flexibility for after-school care and lunch services
- Communication about the content of the proposed activities
68% of families also say they are satisfied or very satisfied with the after-school cultural and sport workshops offered by the PA since the start of the school year in September 2023.
The main expectations in terms of improvements and proposals are :
- Presentations during the year.
- Some new workshops for the start of the 2024 school year.
- Better communication with some of the workshop leaders.
