MISSION
In accordance with the statutes of European Schools, this work group enables the PA to carry out its mission of managing the care services and afterschool activities for the nursery (M) and primary (P) sections. This includes morning and evening childcare, the canteen, and after-school workshops.
ACTIONS
Management is subcontracted to a partner (the Centre Social et Culturel) chosen by the PA in coordination with the school management and local authorities.
In addition to monitoring the partner’s services and budgets, the group is responsible for :
- Identifying the expectations of pupils and parents, drawing up specifications and choosing the service provider for the care services (périscolaire) as well as for the extracurricular activities.
- Scheduling the activities according to the pupils’ timetables and the constraints of the service providers
- Validate pedagogical material requirements
TEAM
Parents of pupils in the English and French sections depending on their availability and their interest in the proposed projects.
